Master of Science in Nanotechnology

In recent decades, Mexico has been characterized as a country with an important economic dimension, privileged geographical position, young population and openness to globalization, positioning itself as an attractive country for investment and industrial sector achieving global relevance. To take advantage of these features this program of Nanotechnology has been developed to help to create and apply knowledge in the areas of materials science at the nanoscale.

Master of Science in Engineering

Engineering has been one of the great enablers of progress in modern society, allowing humans to transcend their natural limits. Nowadays, circumstances have changed, with the new challenges arising, such as overpopulation, growing pressures on natural resources, hyper-connected societies, and most importantly, climate change. Given this panorama, there is a growing need to prepare engineers with a broader and more analytical vision, essential for a modern society based on scientific thinking, fact-based decision making, and critical dialogue.

Ph.D. in Computer Sciences

Our Ph.D program in Computer Science is research-oriented and integrated with the Master in Computer Science. It is focused in four lines of investigation, namely: bio-inspired algorithms, models of machine learning, bioinformatics and biomedicine, and data science and applied mathematics. Our program is strongly supported by the activity carried out within four Strategic Research Focus Group (SRFG): Intelligent Systems, Bioinformatics, Machine Learning Models, and Optimization and Data Science

Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems

Research and Innovation of manufacturing processes and products require scientists and technologists capable of solving complex problems, and of proposing disruptive solutions in different areas of knowledge. While studying the Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems, students will participate in inspiring projects that provide them with the skills to successfully meet these and other next-generation manufacturing challenges, in fields such as Industry 4.0, Nanotechnology, Bioengineering and Industries such as Automotive and Aerospace.
